For our bidders outside of the UK, we offer international shipping with Royal Mail; where available we opt for Tracked and Signed delivery. 

The maximum insurance option per parcel is £250. When the value of a parcel is over £250, we ask that you send us an email confirming you are happy to take responsibility for the difference before we post it out to you. Alternatively, you may send your own courier. In the case that your parcel exceeds that value, we are happy to split items into multiple packages to increase the insurance level. 

Extra packaging charges will be added to some breakable items / items that need more packing than usual. You can also request this by emailing us at info@alnwickauctions.co.uk and quoting 'Extra Packaging'. 

Regarding Electronic Payments From Abroad 

There is currently no charge for Euro payments received from the EEA.  If a payment received is in a different currency

or is received from a country outside of the EEA, a fee will be charged. 

This fee is currently £2.00 sterling for amounts up to £100,

and £7.00 sterling for amounts over £100. 

Please ensure you add Surname and/or Bidder Number as shown on invoice as reference.
