If you would prefer to arrange your own courier, we will happily package your lots ready for collection. This will incur a small fee, usually around £2, depending on the amount of packaging required.

We must be notified in advance that a collection will be taking place. Please email us with the subject “Courier Collection Arranged”.

Your email must include:

• Courier name
• Date of collection
• Buyer name
• Date of auction
• Delivery address
• Telephone number
• Shipping label
• Any other relevant information

We will only release goods once payment has been received in full.

All courier collections must be arranged within our office opening hours: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Couriers must collect items directly from our premises; we are unable to deliver items to third-party depots.
